Very floury texture suitable for baking or processing. Very susceptible to secondary growth. Excellent french fires and stores well.

Depth of heel end - slightly hollow.
Eye depth - shallow.
Eye colour - as skin colour.
Flesh colour - white.

Virus Mosaic X - susceptible.
Common Scab - moderately resistant.
