Consumer Quality

Suitable for processing into French fries and crisps. A crisping potato with low sugar content and high dry matter content. Shows good resistance to cool temperature sweetening. Potential for baking. Suitable for long term storage.

  • Skin colour - off-white; slightly flaky
  • Flesh colour - white
  • Shape - round to round oval

  • Virus Y - moderate resistance
  • Virus X - moderate resistance
  • PLRV - moderate resistance
  • Powdery Scab - moderately resistant
  • Bacterial Soft Rot - more resistant than Draga and Rua
