Consumer Quality
Suitable as a storage French fry potato. slight tendency to after cooking greying. Sugars generally similar to or slightly better than Russet Burbank. Has potential for mid season to main crop processing straight from the field and appears slightly better than Russet Burbank for long-term storage. High yield potential across a wide range of growing conditions for main crop planting or direct processing from the field, or long term storage.
